Shipping within Greece is free of charge while in all other countries there is a flat rate of 9.90€. Shipping in all countries is carried out by ELTA and/or DHL Courier. Estimated delivery time is 3-4 working days after dispatch date. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline only and do not take into account possible delays caused by external factors or stock availability. All products are custom made and preparation starts upon order placement. Preparation time normaly takes 2-3 weeks. Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes. We are not responsible for any delay caused by relevant custom authorities.
We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. All orders require signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the products passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself, then their signature serves as evidence of fulfillment of the delivery and likewise transfers of the responsibility. Please check the package is not damaged before signing.
Taxes & Duties
Delivery within the E.U. is not subject to duties or additional taxes. However, if you are a customer from a non-E.U. country, you might be asked to pay further duties at customs’ control. Cross-border deliveries are subject to possible inspection by the relevant custom authorities.
We have no control over possible additional charges or inspections.
We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in its original condition within 10 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. In case the original payment method was “Cash on Delivery” a bank account should be provided in order for the refund to be possible. Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange an item for a different one.
Your items should be in their original packaging. Any shoes returned must not be worn, and must be returned in their original box.
All returns must be made by the same courier provider. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
We pay special attention to each pair of shoes before shipment to you. If the item you received is faulty, please contact customer care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 10 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

We gladly accept exchanges within 10 days of receipt free of charge. However, we can only exchange non-faulty items that are in their original condition and have not been worn. The merchandise must be returned in one mailing package.
Please be aware that we can only exchange an item for the same article in a different size. Please contact our customer care team at email@example.com, in order to order the article in the size required. Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange an item for a different one. The new size will be dispatched as soon as we have received the article that is to be exchanged.
Please note that we can only accept exchanges from the same country the original shipment was made from.
We can accept cancellations within 24 hours of the original order submission. In that case the original purchase and shipping amounts will be refunded.
If for any reason you wish to cancel an order after this timeframe please contact customer care via email. In this case we will try to fulfill your request if feasible and inform you accordingly. However, we cannot ensure that your order will be canceled.
To use some of the services or features made available to you on this Site you will need to register. When you register you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects. Should any of your registration information change, please notify us immediately at the following e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org. We may also change registration requirements from time to time.
The account password you provide should be unique and kept secure, and you must notify ALTACTIV immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order. Once you have placed an order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail acknowledging receipt of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it and are processing it.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event that the items ordered do not satisfy our quality control standards and are withdrawn by us.
